Protecting the Health & Safety of both our workforce and those around us,
is without question, paramount in everything we do.

In 2012 Westpoint’s Senior Management & a cross section of employees collaborated with regulatory bodies & clients to develop a new approach to Health & Safety.

Introducing the Westpoint ‘Vision’ program a new approach to raise Health & Safety Awareness at both a practical and comprehensive level as part of an ongoing proactive initiative.

The mission of the vision program is to replace the fault finding and blame culture with an engaging, mentor led proactive approach to learning.

The ‘Vision’ program is delivered with programmes of health and safety competence and awareness training delivered by our inhouse trainers, mentors and external providers as appropriate. This program was implemented across all disciplines utilising real
case studies, live on site tool box talks, reviews & training modules and regular updates.

The introduction of ‘Vision’ has had a two fold effect; rapidly enhancing participation of operatives in Health & Safety development & engagement.
